ICONA CONDO is a two residential condo towers (44 and 48-storeys) and a 9-storey redevelopment of the Hilton Garden Inn, first tower is coming in first week of January in the City to be located at 3201 Highway. Proposed to feature two towers with mixed-use luxury condo suites. The project’s estimated completion date is January 2020. It’s conveniently located on the Highways 7 and Highway 400, next to the station and connected to rapid bus system.

Just around the corner from Icona Condo is Hospital is under construction along Major Mackenzie Drive (between Highway 400 and Jane Street) which would serve the city. The provincial government of state approved construction of the hospital in July 2011, land preparation for construction began in the summer of 2014. The expected date of completion is 2019 and will be part of a regional hospital system with an incorporated administration and medical staff managed by Hospital.

A major landscape change has been proposed for 3450 in the city. Located opposite Shopping Centre, just south of Highway 401. Currently in its place is a 1970 12-storey Holiday hotel with 372 rooms, 460 spaces of surface parking. Our aim to redevelop the site with a new project containing three towers, residential, hotel, commercial, and restaurant uses.
